The e-commerce, e-book selling portal was launched on February 14, 2009. The site is powered by Drupal and an excellent, free shopping cart module called Ubercart. The site design and layout is fully customized utilizing the incredibly flexible Zen theme.
Paper Bag Press is a new online publisher of erotica, located in Denver, Colorado. Amy Barnes — author, businesswoman, and entrepreneur — is the one in charge around here. Since 1987, Amy has been writing and editing. She has written, edited, formatted and published two ebooks from the ground up, and continues to market and sell those books on her own. This positive experience led her to explore other lucrative avenues for selling ebooks online. Erotica, the really good stuff, can cause a visceral response in the reader — this connection was fascinating to Amy, so she began exploring all aspects of erotic fiction: writing it, selling it, finding markets for it. This journey led her to create Paper Bag Press.
